ANDRÉ is stand up comedian, writer & actor who made Portuguese history by being the first Portuguese comedian to perform in a fully English billed stand up show at the Edinburgh festival as well as the Los Angeles Comedy Store. André started his path in the performing arts at the age of 15 when he first got accepted into the Escola Profissional de Teatro de Cascais (Professional Drama School) in the greater Lisbon area. Having finished his stint at the school, he decided to try stand up which led to some success in the local comedy scene - which took André to some TV work and a secondary role in the feature film Sete Pecados Rurais. Deciding that he wanted an international career he moved to London in 2016 - via the USA. André’s cv includes tour support Portuguese star Rui Sinel de Cordes on his 2017 sold out tour around Portugal and in London has performed alongside many of biggest comedians in the UK (Jack Whitehall, Russell Howard, Ed Byrne, Josh Widdicombe, etc). He has also opened for US comic Tom Rhodes and Most recently in 2019 he opened for Jim Gaffigan on “Pale Tourist tour”. Currently residing in London, as a stand up comedian André is a regular figure at some of the best clubs like THE TOP SECRET COMEDY CLUB, THE STAND, GLEE, BACKYARD COMEDY CLUB, ANGEL COMEDY CLUB, among many others.

We will feature a mix of our loveable & hilarious local comedians! The best English Speaking Comedians in Switzerland will be there for a fantastic evening! Come on down to Parterre One Music for an evening of hilarity, drinking and great comedy!

Special regulations for the shows will be applied for these shows. This event will NOT be socially distanced. The total capacity will be reduced but there will NOT be exact 2m distances between each seats. In order to be able to make these great events continue, we are legally required to enforce the following rules:

1. Contact Tracing is mandatory. I will ask for your mobile numbers at the door. In the case of an outbreak we can notify audience members present at the event, so they can quarantine themselves. This information will be deleted after 14 days.

2. There will be no standing room & a limited amount of seats. Every seat will be numbered & guests need to stick to their seat as we need to know where each guest sat next to on any given night.

3. Break times will be increased so audience members can order drinks or go to the bathroom in an orderly fashion, without any pileups.

4. The entrance & exit to Parterre One will be through separate doors,

5. Face masks & disinfectant gel will be provided at the door for anyone who would like to use them.

6. There will be no sales at the door.

7. All lines will be distanced with markings on the floor.

8. If you are feeling sick, in the risk group or for any other reason think you cannot abide by the rules above, please do not come to the show : )
